I have been a psychotherapist since 1995. I have a deep and passionate commitment to empowering individuals like you to confront psychological trauma, challenge erroneous self-limiting beliefs, and heal your deepest emotional wounds. Our work will focus on unblocking, strengthening, and maximizing your innate capacities and mastering developmental tools and strategies that empower you like never before.

The driving themes in my work are patience, optimism, and perseverance. I have a strong personal belief that we all have inner strengths and innate resilience just waiting to be unlocked. I offer 30 years of experience in psychotherapy and psychodiagnostic testing as well as guided imagery and clinical hypnosis.
